Return Policy

At Rachel & David Montreal, we want every woman to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and make the process as smooth as possible.
1. Conditions for Returns
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, including any international postage fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- You’re welcome to try the item on, but it cannot be worn or used.
- Items ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order cannot be accepted.
- Items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, or damage cannot be refunded.
We want every customer to receive clean, fresh, high-quality items — thank you for understanding.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at support@racheldavidmontreal.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
- We’ll provide the return instructions and the return address of our fulfillment partner in China.
- Ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
- We recommend using a track & trace service so we can both follow the package.
Returns without tracking cannot be accepted if the package becomes lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once the item arrives at our partner facility and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable.
- If a returned item does not meet the return conditions, we’ll contact you directly.
5. Delivery & Address Issues
- If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we rely on their tracking information.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. Incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
- If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours so we can try to intervene before fulfillment begins.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a missed pickup, we’re unable to resend that order. A new order will need to be placed.

6. Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on postal services, customs, and seasonal demand. We do our best to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot offer refunds based solely on general carrier delays.

7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, you’re welcome to return the item and place a new order.
8. Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent back without approval cannot be processed. Please always reach out to us first — we’re here to support you.
