Returns & Refund Policy

At Rachel & David Montreal, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, contact us at info@racheldavidmontreal.com with your order number and any relevant photos.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Trying on is allowed; wearing the item for daily use is not.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international postage and any customs fees.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
- All approved returns must be sent to our international return facility. The exact return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.
- Returns sent to any other address cannot be processed.
3. Orders With Multiple Sizes or Colors (Bulk Fit Orders)
To help prevent excessive return costs and product waste:
- Returns for single-item orders follow our standard return process.
- Orders that include multiple sizes or colors of the same item may be subject to:
- additional inspection,
- partial refunds,
- a restocking fee of up to 30% to cover international handling and processing.
- We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that appear to be bulk orders for fitting purposes.
4. Refund Process
Once your return arrives at our international processing center:
- The item will be inspected within 14 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will provide the appropriate solution — either a replacement or a refund.
Unregistered returns cannot be processed, so please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
6. Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please review your details carefully before checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the parcel may not be eligible for a refund and may incur additional shipping fees.
7. Customs & Import Fees
International return shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed.
