We reserve the right to correct or update any information on the website without prior notice. All images are for illustrative purposes and small variations in color or appearance may occur.

Orders and Payment

Orders are processed once full payment has been received. Available payment methods depend on your location and may include major credit cards and other methods offered through our secure payment providers (such as Shopify Payments).

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment and billing details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless stated otherwise. Any applicable discounts or promotions are valid only for the period indicated.

Processing and Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Our items are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner in China.

Estimated shipping times for Canada:
Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Remote or rural areas: up to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, weather, local postal delays, and carrier capacity. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Cancellations

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details regarding returns and refunds.

In general, returns must be requested within the timeframe and under the conditions stated in our Return Policy. All return requests must be submitted via email to support@racheldavidmontreal.com before sending any item back.

Orders can typically only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled as a return according to our Return Policy.

Liability

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the risk for loss, damage, or delay passes to the customer. When the carrier’s tracking information shows successful delivery, the order is considered delivered.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Refusing delivery, failing to collect a package from a pickup location, or providing an incorrect address may void eligibility for a refund. In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, we are unable to resend the same order. A new order will need to be placed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rachel & David Montreal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
