Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rachel & David Montreal, we want your shopping experience to feel easy, clear, and reliable. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will arrive, and what you can expect throughout the process.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared before shipping. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and packaging.
During busy seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Times
Our items are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times for Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Remote or rural areas: Up to 20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, and busy seasons. We always do our best to ensure fast and smooth delivery.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking link to update once your package enters the transit network.
If you have any questions about your tracking, we’re always happy to help.
4. Customs & Import Fees
Most orders arrive without any extra charges. However, if customs or import fees apply, these are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not control customs inspections, and delays caused by customs cannot be refunded.
5. Delivery Issues
- If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we rely on their tracking information.
- Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- If you need to correct your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, we are unable to resend the same order. A new order will need to be placed.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:
- High mail volume
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
We kindly ask for your patience in these rare situations. Refunds cannot be issued based solely on general carrier delays.
7. Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package shows no movement for an extended period, or appears lost, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and help you resolve the issue.
